Dr. Javad Esfandiari is an expert and a key member of Artin Company. He earned his PhD in soil stabilization from one of Malaysia’s top universities, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). Currently, Dr. Esfandiari serves as the Head of the Technical Engineering Faculty at Islamic Azad University, Kermanshah Branch. His work focuses on specialized areas of foundation engineering and geotechnical investigations. Additionally, he is actively involved in projects that need deep earth excavation, overseeing both on-site and design phases for underground floors.
